Many Americans are at a loss for what to do when we see business owners arrested, and Pastors taken into custody for holding church services. The fact is, it is indeed unconstitutional to prevent people from freely assembling. Quarantines are meant to keep sick people away from healthy people, not keep well people locked inside.
