Angie also suggested the following for parents looking to enrich their children over the summer months:
- Reach out to the local library for opportunities to engage children in sumer reading programs.
- Attend local events at museums, the zoo and public parks.
- Check with your public school district for summer programing to catch children up in areas where they may be struggling.
All such excellent advice!!
I also discussed the amazing lack of courage displayed by the Chancellor of Rutgers University when challenged on their opposition to anti-semitism. Instead of standing firm, they caved.
