[VIDEO] Woman Held By Domestic Abuser Cleverly Calls 911 to ‘Order Pizza’ Dispatcher Catches On ‘Okay, I’m Getting You Now…’

By Missy Crane | November 23, 2019

A quick-thinking woman managed to get the police to her mother’s house without ever alerting the abusive boyfriend of what she was up to.

A police 911 dispatcher perfectly handed a very strange call last week.

A woman called 911 to order a pizza.

But the dispatcher quickly discovered she was actually calling in a domestic violence report.

“I would like to order a pizza,” the caller said, proceeding to give the address to her apartment.

“You called 911 to order a pizza?” police dispatcher Tim Teneyck questioned. “This is the wrong number to order a pizza.”

“No, no, no, no … you’re not understanding,” the caller insisted.

When it clicked, Teneyck was quick to interject: “I’m getting you now … the guy still there?”

“Yeah, I need a large pizza,” the caller said. “Pepperoni.”

“I’ll get ’em going,” Teneyck assured her.

Teneyck asked her if medical assistance was needed and if the caller was able to stay on the line. She said, “no” to both and hung up.
